By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Account Registration: To access our full suite of features, you must create a free user account by providing accurate and up-to-date personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

Athlete Questionnaire: As part of the recruiting process, you will be asked to complete a detailed questionnaire about your academic, athletic, and personal background. The information you provide will be shared with college coaches and athletic department staff at the schools you indicate interest in. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate services at any time, including if we determine in our sole discretion that our services are not well-suited to support your college recruiting goals. 

Outreach and Confirmation: Our team may periodically reach out to you via email, phone, or text to discuss potential college opportunities and schedule campus visits. You agree to respond to these communications in a timely manner.

Failure to directly respond to an outreach attempt within 7 business days will result in a $75 exit fee to cover administrative costs. This fee must be paid before your account can be reactivated. Failure to pay any fees associated with visits, signings, and or termination fees will result in legal actions. 

Use of Information: We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing or commercial purposes. Your data will only be used to facilitate the college recruiting process as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

User Conduct: You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Harassing or spamming other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Scholarship Outcome:  Any scholarship or admission decisions made by college institutions are entirely at the discretion of those institutions, and TheOfferRecruiting cannot be held legally responsible for the outcomes of such decisions. Our services are focused on connecting the college prospect with recruiting opportunities, but the final determinations regarding scholarships, roster spots, and enrollment rest solely with the colleges and universities. 

Termination of Service: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or our Privacy Policy. In the event of account termination, any outstanding exit fees must be paid.

Changes to Terms: We may update these terms of service from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes, and your continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
